The apartment is slowly getting depressing - I started packing everything up. I took down the pictures I had hung up around the place, have gutted the bookcase, boxed up all my toys from my shelf... Even though there's still crap everywhere, it's starting to look empty. This is both troubling and satisfying.
I'm home in 5 days!! Soooo insanely excited! Even if this summer is going to be fail in some respects (oops, don't have a job at the moment), the threat of my parents moving and the knowledge that next summer I'll be in Japan, I'm really glad that I'm stuck hanging out in Texas for a few months. As crazy as that sounds.
I haven't gotten a paycheck in a while, so all my desires to spend money are getting kicked by the part of my brain not wanting to see my bank account dip any, even though I have plenty of funds.
I want to learn French soooo badly.
